I decided to look for a coach that would support and encourage me to embrace the next chapter of my life - retiring from a busy role in the NHS. Issy encouraged me to review my values and take stock of my life as it was today. We used visualisation as a method to create new ideas - and confidently give myself the permission to take next steps.
