As someone who HATES running 👀
I am a weight lifting girly, I prefer strength training over EVERYTHING and after that, yoga.
3 months ago I set the overly ambitious goal of running a marathon this year and to start... I wanted to knock out a half marathon by the end of March. I had no clue where to start and randomly came across a post of Victoria's stating she was running a marathon.
I said, oh!! #GOALS!
And now, here we are!
After 12 weeks I still hate running, but I'm crossing out distances I never even thought about, 10k? 12k? 18k?!?!! I NEVER saw myself running this much and with this hybrid program (strength training & running) Voctoria curated I was able to mix in my one true love with running and she even threw some yoga in there too! I felt seen, heard, and supported throughout.
The clock is ticking!! My first half marathon is around the corner and I'm so excited. I feel like a runner, baby 🫡 and it's all thanks to Victoria for providing me with structure and a way forward. I'm sure without her, I would have never made this leap in progress cause like... did I say I'm out here putting in MILEAGE?! Cause I am 😂

If you're considering joining a running program, you can't go wrong with Victoria's. She won't make you LOVE running, but she'll definitely have you appreciating it more 🤌🏾
