100% recommend! Victoria is a QUEEN and made me feel like one too

Victoria’s sunshiney and cheerleader personality made fitness exciting, and the community of other girls being trained she brought together was inspiring and uplifting. Her program is very tailor to me and my body’s needs and I saw huge results in fat loss, strength, energy, mental health, and confidence!

As someone who HATES running 👀

I am a weight lifting girly, I prefer strength training over EVERYTHING and after that, yoga.

3 months ago I set the overly ambitious goal of running a marathon this year and to start... I wanted to knock out a half marathon by the end of March. I had no clue where to start and randomly came across a post of Victoria's stating she was running a marathon.

I said, oh!! #GOALS!

And now, here we are!

After 12 weeks I still hate running, but I'm crossing out distances I never even thought about, 10k? 12k? 18k?!?!! I NEVER saw myself running this much and with this hybrid program (strength training & running) Voctoria curated I was able to mix in my one true love with running and she even threw some yoga in there too! I felt seen, heard, and supported throughout.

The clock is ticking!! My first half marathon is around the corner and I'm so excited. I feel like a runner, baby 🫡 and it's all thanks to Victoria for providing me with structure and a way forward. I'm sure without her, I would have never made this leap in progress cause like... did I say I'm out here putting in MILEAGE?! Cause I am 😂

If you're considering joining a running program, you can't go wrong with Victoria's. She won't make you LOVE running, but she'll definitely have you appreciating it more 🤌🏾

If you're looking for a coach and a best pal rolled into one, V is your girl!

I cannot thank Victoria enough for the 3 months we worked together. My mindset changed so much, she equipped me with so many skills and different ways of thinking about food, my body, movement, and ways to be kind to myself.

This programme for me was less about necessarily getting gains and being able to lift (I have come to fully accept i just will never be interested in lifting haha) and it was so appreciated that Victoria actually listened to what I wanted and adapted to help me achieve the things I wanted/needed instead - by becoming more consistent with the exercise I do actually enjoy, losing a bit of weight to get me comfortably into a goal bracket I'd set myself, realising that food is not the enemy, and learning to be kinder to myself. She genuinely changed my life and I have continued practicing all the skills I learned ever since!

Victoria is such a great coach!!

Victoria is such a great coach! Before joining I had no idea what to eat to properly build strength and lose weight. I would say looking back, my mindset about food was relatively toxic but through this process, with her patience, she’s taught me SO MUCH.

I had a lot of guilt around food, which was my main weakness, but through this process I’ve learnt to shake it off through mindfulness and her words of wisdom and to try and not let it distract me from my goals.

I can’t recommend her enough as I’ll be continuing to use some of her practices.
