I have purchased items from here before however I was sent a faulty product which fell apart within 1 day. They ignored my emails and messages asking them for refund or an echange. This is the second time I've ordered the product from them and had it fall apart after 1 day I have wasted over $140 dollars on getting these pieces of jewellery. I would recommend anyone looking for good quality jewellery and decent customer service should look eles where. Very disappointed, I will never shop here again.
