Fraud company, never deliver your product

Fraud company will take order but don't deliver neither customer care is responsive don't revert you on WhatsApp or mail never order from this website

Please never order from them. They are cheaters. Getting order and money from you and never deliver your order & never return your money. Order no. 7780

I placed my Order on Vicefy through Cred on 25th October 2025 and received Order confirmation Email the same day. However for the next 2-3 days there was no update so I sent them Email as well as Whatsapp message to the contact details on their website. However, there was no response. Then I read the reviews mentioned here on Trustpilot and thought that my money is wasted. Cred support is also pathetic and of no use. However, on 30th Octber 2025 I received an Email through Firstlane Logistics Pvt Ltd with my Order No. and dispatch details through Amazon Shipping. And finally I received my Order today on 3rd November 2025. Although there communication is not reliable but they did sent my Order so its a relief.

Placed order on vicefy,thru CRED but no update or product.its a fake co. And CREDis also equally responsible for promoting fraud co.

They neither deliver products on time nor respond to follow-ups or queries. My two orders placed on 28th September 2025 have still not been delivered. I tried reaching out to them via WhatsApp and email, but received no response.

I placed my order with Vicefy on 1st October, and it’s been weeks with no delivery and no proper response to my emails. I’ve sent multiple follow-ups, but they completely ignore customers. This company feels like a total fraud — they take your money and disappear. Don’t waste your time or trust them. I wish I had checked reviews before ordering. This is a total Fraud Company. I order a body mist on 1 Oct (Order Id : 79277) thru CRED. Today is 17 Oct, still order is not being shipped forget about delivery.
I have emailed them, sent message on their website which they claim a response in 24 hours but nothing from there.
They have a whatsApp number on which after multiple messages they provided a Amazon tracking number and after few days that was also cancelled , again they provided a new tracking number but it is just a blank with no order associated with it and with no delivery dates.
They are just fooling people.
CRED is equally responsible in this bad customer experience. They have no control on their vendors. Customer buys something from CRED APP with a trust but they are only minting money with no responsibility on actual product delivery. I do not think they are doing any due diligence in vendor onboarding. Even after 17 days without shipment the response from CRED was "Please keep waiting for vendor response". What is wonderful response is this? Pathetic from both Vicefy and CRED, both are fooling people. Not sure how much money they are just pocketing with this fraud.

Avoid this company.
I placed an order on Cred, and it’s still not delivered. No proper updates, no response to follow-up, feels like a complete scam. Save yourself the hassle and don’t order from Vicefy.

They dont ship orders. Fraud company. Do not waste money and buy from them.

Air Mist is nothing for Vicefy but a phenyle. Worst Air Mist even the phenyle I am using far better than theirs. Making a fool to the people. Plz don't waste your time and money.

I ordered fragrance spray on September 29, 2025 through the CRED app. At first shipping status was showing pending pickup but on 5th Oct the same got cancelled. A new shipment was assigned on 6th October but this one is still showing 'pending pickup' as of today.
I tried contacting via email and in response they shared a whatsapp number. I messaged them on given number but still got no response. Again tried contacting on mail but still no update. There’s been no communication from their side. It seems that company is fake and they don't deliver orders.

Required suggestions on how to get my order delivered

I’m extremely disappointed with Vicefy. I placed an order for a fragrance spray on October 3, 2025, through the CRED app, and the shipping status has been stuck at “Pending Pickup” ever since.

Despite multiple follow-ups and sending them a clear email, they have not responded at all. There’s been zero communication, no update, and no refund. It genuinely feels like my money has been taken and the company has just gone silent.

This kind of service is unacceptable. A legitimate brand should update customers or at least reply to emails, not leave people hanging for days.

I strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering from Vicefy. If the company sees this — respond and resolve this issue immediately.
