I love the golf balls. I love the feel off the club face. Great performance off the tee, and around the greens. I have played both pro and pro plus. Will continue to keep buying these balls.

Didn’t get my full order. Never received the Vice Pro Trqcker

I placed an order that was meant to ship on 20 November. A week later, I still have no tracking number, no confirmed shipping date, and no clear answers from support.

I’ve received multiple conflicting replies including AI-generated responses and still don’t know whether my items have even left the warehouse. They seem to outsource their customer service and they are clueless about the order status.

I’ve asked for escalation several times, but nothing has been resolved.

I will update this review if the order is shipped or refunded, but at the moment the communication and delay have been extremely disappointing.

Edit: I submitted a dispute with my card issuer, which finally prompted a response - laughable really. Don’t buy from here. They’re now asking for my order number and probably going to reply that I did not answer their emails, but this is only after I submitted the dispute.

The part about them waiting for a response for the Polo is untrue - I replied hours after they informed me that the Polo is unavailable.

Great products, fast delivery and overall the best golfs balls I had used. Looking at the Vice driver but having to save my money up before I get to purchase. Lol

Easy online purchase with an option to customise your club by selecting from a few shaft options and colours , selecting your grip and colours and great customer communication

Everything well displayed on the website, straight forward and easy to follow.
Price fairly competitive, maybe a slightly bigger Black Friday Club discount for repeat customers would have been good, as it's rewards regular customers who buy throughout the year. Goods arrived in very good time.

I've used vice for a few years now. Up until recently I'd only bought golf balls, Pro plus are excellent btw. I was looking for wedges and couldn't decide. They're all so expensive these days and I only play once or twice a week and couldn't justify more than £140 per wedge. I looked on the vice website and got two wedges for about £200. Fully customised too. They are great tbh. Great feel and control.

Love i mean I absolutely love the tracer Pro vice ball. It has everything the proV1 has but it's almost half the price. I bought 6 dozen and it was such a great price I will never go back.

The website is easy to navigate. The ball selector tool is easy and provides an informed purchasing decision. The Tracer Technology is not a gimmick. I have always tried to use the line on the ball, but the Tracer Technology takes it to another level. Played my first 4 rounds with the Pro Air Tracer, and the ball performs as described, and the Tracer Technology helped me take 6-7 stroke off my score.

Great set of clubs , for starter or average golfers, Great feel and weight with the clubs.

I placed an order with Vice Golf on 21 September 2025 and still haven’t received my items or a refund over a month later.

Customer support representative Tina promised in writing on 9 October that if my order hadn’t arrived by the following Wednesday, Vice Golf would issue either a replacement or a full refund. That deadline passed, but instead of honouring the commitment, she then claimed the parcel was “stuck in customs.” FedEx tracking clearly shows this is false — the package has been sitting at a FedEx facility in London since 30 September, marked “Not delivered / not attempted.”

This is not just poor service, it’s misleading communication. I’ve had to chase repeatedly for updates and am now preparing to file a chargeback to recover my money. For a company that presents itself as a premium golf brand, this level of accountability and customer care is unacceptable.

Vice Tracer Balls are straight 🔥🔥 The feel and the all around play is 2nd to none. I’ve purchased quite a few times and the service and the company as whole is also 2nd to none. Forever a fan and supporter.

Great product super customer service

The Vice Pro golf balls have completely won me over. I love that they come in different designs, it’s refreshing to see some creativity in a market full of plain white balls.

Performance-wise, they feel fantastic off the club face, soft yet responsive. They give great feedback on irons and wedges, and the greenside control is solid. What surprised me most is how forgiving they are; even on off-center hits, I don’t see the massive drop-off I’ve had with some other tour-level balls.

Overall, the Vice Pro combines premium feel and performance with some style and personality, easily one of my favorite balls to play.

The prices are very fair and they were quick to fill and ship my order
