Love the golf balls, been buying for several years now
Just received my wedge set - delivery was ahead of expectation, and work great.

First introduced to the Vice Pro Plus about 6 years ago by a fellow long ball hitter looking for a comparable, cost effective alternative to the expensive big brand name performance balls. I started off with a gifted sleeve, turning into purchasing bulk ball orders every season. I was an 8 hdcp at the time of the switch, and have whittled my way down to a 4 hdcp with a personal best of 71 this season. I have enjoyed the consistency, trajectory, repeatable distances, durability and feel throughout the years. I have also influenced/converted a few playing buddies into the Vice lineup as well over the years, with one purchasing bulk orders with his corporate logo for client gifts, further spreading the joy of playing a high performance ball without the high cost.

Ordered golf balls on the 21st July and they have still not been delivered.

I bought Vice balls, Drive, Pro Soft and Air. They all are excellent balls. The Pro Air were customized with my logo. I recommend the balls to all the guys that I play golf with. I also find a mini vice golf balls on my course, which shows me that other people are buying them too. thank you, Darian Houde.

The Pro, Pro Plus and Pro Air golf balls are as good as the premium balls for a much more reasonable price.

All of the products I’ve ever gotten from vice golf are amazing! The quality is spot on and the style is awesome.

Vice Golf was easy to contact, the ordering/customization process was simple and they kept me up to date throughout the production and shipping.

Quality golf balls. Fast delivery. As a 7 handicap golfer, I couldn’t tell a difference between the pro plus and ProV1s other than my pocketbook

Definitely love the Vice pro plus golf balls, but not officially sold on the overall distance.

The ball is fantastic and the visual options are great!

Ordered a set of clubs at the beginning of june, recieved the wrong clubs on the first delivery last week and the driver head missing, so i then have to mess around sending the wrong clubs back. I then get the correct delivery today some 7.5 weeks later but Fedex thought the safest location to deliver them was on my front lawn and forge a name saying it was recieved in person. You would think some kind of apology gift ? maybe some balls for free or something as a sweatner but nope nothing. Customer service is not great at all but ive got my clubs now and they do look great.

Vice golf balls are excellent,but delivery is extremely poor and stressful. I was told golf balls ,several dozen would be delivered on Friday 25th of July between 9.30am and 1.30pm. I stayed in the whole day waiting on the delivery from FedEx, the goods did not arrive. Was told they would be with me by 9pm at night on Friday 25th. They arrived on Saturday the 27th when I was out playing in my Saturday Medal! Not good communication or updates. Sorry from Vice is not good enough! Wasting a full day for someone I could have been out doing other work, and used the rest of my day more productively. I was available for a delivery which did not arrive on the day specified. Contacted Vice and they blame FedEx ! Get your act together, you are the Company selling the goods online your logistics and delivery windows are dreadful. Direct some of your massive profits into more efficient and reliable delivery service ,then you will have mastered online retail sales.🤔 Also you will keep your customers happy. Kline customer service, customers are not important to you?Please demonstrate that you are better than this.👍
⛳️ Titleist have got a fantastic customer base so to do Callaway, and other companies. You will not be up with the big hitters in golf sales ? If you don’t care about customers, and provide an inefficient customer service, which is clear for all to see and sadly experience.😢

I found a vice ball during a round. After that is was all over, I never looked back. You can’t beat the performance for the price.

I bought these shoes from Vice Golf and honestly, they’re the best golf shoes I’ve ever owned.
The design is super stylish — they’ve got that streetwear vibe but still look great on the course.

Comfort-wise, they exceeded my expectations. They hug your feet just right, and I didn’t feel any fatigue even after a full round.
What really stood out was the balance between grip and flexibility — I felt totally stable during my swings.

I went true to size and the fit was perfect. The quality and finishing are top-notch.

If you’re looking for golf shoes that combine style, performance, and all-day comfort, these are a must-try.
Hands down the most satisfying pair I’ve ever worn. Highly recommend!

JULY 12th Order, Absolute bad customer service. Next to no communication, 2 weeks since ordering custom balls and still nothing. These were ordered for a tournament that is taking place tomorrow. I have in that time frame ordered custom balls from Titleist (6 days ago) and they arrived today. I don't recommend anything from Vice. Other than my experience not being good at all. I see so many other reviews and experiencing the same issues. This is very telling that the company isn't resolving multiple issues. This is a relatively small order and they can't even handle that. Leaving this same review on multiple review sites to help from others from getting this same experience. Good luck!

Update August 1st,.. still no communication, no golf balls. No Shipment... Tuesday will file a dispute with my credit card for a refund.

The product i ordered and received was really great quality and I got a fantastic deal with the extra dozen golf balls for free. My revie would've been 5 stars but delivery isn't great as my order took a very very long time to arrive...nearly 2 weeks in fact. If you're not in a hurry to receive your products though, I couldn't recommend Vice any higher though.
