I order here a lot, and I love every piece. The fitting is great and the unique style completes my outfits. Had 2 minor complications, but they were resolved well by the vicinity support team. Would recommend!

Very bad customer service, waited 3 weeks before I got my order in. Tried mailing them severall times but only got 1 short reaction after a few days and never reaction on my other mails after that. Now im waiting for my money after I returned te products, never got a confirmation that it is in or when I Will get my money. Very done whit this company and hope I’ll get my money ASAP!

Absolutely shocking customer service on both email and social media. Ordered an item, took an entire month to arrive, had to return the item as it was incorrect, and they didn’t collect the item for another month. Item is now being sent back to me.

They do not accept refunds. I tried the item on just as one normally would—walked around in it a bit—and then wanted to send it back because it didn't fit. My request was rejected with the explanation that the item was no longer in its original condition. Instead of offering a partial refund like any normal company would, they sent the item back to me—and, in the very same message, stated that a refund is now completely out of the question because my right of withdrawal had expired. A great way to lose customers. The quality isn't good, either. Do not buy from these people unless you are prepared to accept that you won't even be able to try on your shoes—because, apparently, doing so voids any and all return rights.
There are many way better shops, especially for clothing. 10/10 ragebait from Vicinity.

Your service is terrible. they are not able to reply for my text over 14 days. I cant return the product because of it. I wrote over 5 messages and still nothing. only your bot replyed me. It is really funny bacause he said everytime “ Of course, the return and withdrawal periods will not expire in the meantime.” and of course the periods expire :DD. Worst service i have ever seen. Fix it. Hire more people or at least fire those who are not doing anything. You are playing for a big company and you can't even reply. Shame. I never plan to order anything again.

Material is super nice i have good feeling in them but they are a bit too wide in the knee area. I shorten it a little so they dont look like skirt
But i think nice buy.

I've now ordered 10 items and I usually don’t bother leaving reviews but I had to make an exception bc the quality and design are genuinely great. I’ve seen a few reviews saying the delivery time is very slow but in my experience it’s been rlly solid. I usually receive my orders within 2 days. Of course, it depends on where you live, I’m in the netherlands so it’s not that far but I’ve seen people mention 30–60+ day delivery times, which honestly seems unrealistic to me.
Overall, I highly recommend this clothing brand🔥

i have had a rather unpleasant experience shopping a vicinity. This is because of a very long delivery and no response from the company itself... it took 10 days for them to even send the package, and i have not even received a response from the company...
The product was okay, but i returned it.

Things are huge, the order arrived so late and I had to return part of it, still I do know if I will ever get the refund and use it to buy smaller stuff cause customer service DO NOT EXIST. no answer, just automatic messages... Worst experience ever. I still hope someone will answer.. Ah, and return package has to be paid by yourself

The delivery took a while but they let me know it would. Material of the clothing is amazing, would buy again.
