Fast experience, consider that if u buy from Italy you are gonna pay dogana fees.

Ordered 4 items, none of which I received. Dispatched late and tracking had been stuck on awaiting senders dispatch for 7 days. Lack of communication on the sellers side, nothing yet resolved. Whether the parcel arrives or not a few weeks later a refund has been requested.

Prompt international shipping. However disappointing delivery lol. My review on the website got deleted because my review was negative about the brand. "Disappointing. Unlike the suggested photo, earrings I received were small dainty." Not only am I unhappy about the earrings but lack of transparency of customer reviews.

I ordered a necklace on sale, it quickly became my favourite necklace. Then the clasp broke after I was wearing it constantly, and Ivy from vicious punx sent out a replacement clasp for me without any fuss! Really friendly and helpful company and staff, dealing with their customer service was a very nice experience :) thank you!

The items in this store are so cute and I was so exited to order.
Ordered a crop top that I love & 2 necklaces that weren’t super pricey so I wasn’t expecting the Crown Jewels but they were really bad quality, didn’t last & can’t be worn more than 4/5 times due to bronzing & an awful metallic smell.

Contacted their customer service email to advise of this on only one of the necklaces as the other wasn’t as bad. no reply for 6 days so went onto etsy to prompt a reply via DMs (not where I ordered but was hoping to replace the faulty necklace and wanted a response - I had actually been waiting to order lots more items but wasn’t happy to do so until I’d heard back).
The email I got back advised my necklace isn’t waterproof… hadn’t mentioned water, it had tarnished with minimal wear. They couldn’t have been less interested in my issue so I cleared my cart of the massive order that I was hoping to place and deleted the app.

I’d have been happy to return if the reply had have sufficiently explained why my necklace was for the bin after a few weeks. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired - I even ran this by a small business owner friend of mine as I didn’t want to be too harsh but even she was gobsmacked at the reply I got back and said it was a total cop out.

The product is really good! I'm completely satisfied with my purchase, the only downside is that Royal Mail lost my tracking information but that's no problem since it arrived on time!

ordered from this shop and I got sent the wrong item, when I emailed them they said they would send the right item but never sent it, and never responded to the email I sent asking for an update. Should've just gotten a refund.

Amazing jewellery! Only one slight problem was I ordered a septum ring listed at 8mm but I got sent a 10mm which was too big for me so I had to buy elsewhere.

one of, if not the best customer service I have ever had. They reply to emails so fast and are really accommodating.

The packaging is so good and the products are made and customer and sent out so quick.

I absolutely love Vicious Punx and have done for a few years. Their jewellery in particular is so good and I have way too much of it!
I'd say my only complaint comes from the clothing. I have 4 shirts from them. On 1 of them the design is stitched so is doing very well even 3 years after I bought it and I love it. Another 1 of them has an iron on design and is fine but is starting to peel in places after a couple years. The other 2 have had the designs peel off fully in the couple of years I've had them. So, I'd say be mindful that while the shirts are really nice and look good for the first 1-2 years the designs do peel eventually.
Obviously I don't know if they've changed anything in more recent times to stop them peeling as much because I've kind of stuck to jewellery recently so this could be ok now!
But I would (and have) always recommend them.

I really loved the jewelry I just wish they made them in bigger sizes… tbh

Website is easy to navigate and explore. Was able to get exactly what I wanted every time. Delivery is quick and every item is individually wrapped with care. I have purchased with them many times. And will happily continue to do so

I ordered two chains from them and they’re legit. Provided a tracking number, came in a safe silver jiffy envelope, and had a receipt. I’ll buy from them again in the future.

The package came quickly and the products are amazing!!! I love it!!!!
