Communication is poor. After messaging them about the ETA on my daughter's dress, they gave me a date of arrival. Did not show up, so messaged them again, and now they said they cannot make the dress.
I would be VERY hesitant to order anything from them.
We'll see if I actually get a refund.

I still by my revised. I check online on different websites any most people had the same problem and when they ask for their money or merchandise they received the same massage "the order is not ours".
This website is a FRAUD, please stay away from it. Do not buy from this page is a Fraud. Will never ship you order, won't give you a refund and will block you from the webpage so you can't get in touch with them.

Great flattering dress with amazing color works for party. Date , night out event，Vicki's service was good, I saw some negative reviews and avoided the fake websites, it was excellent!

I wasn‘t really sure how trustworthy the page is but it turned out great! I‘m from Germany and the shipping was very fast. Great material and the custom size fits perfectly! Would definitely recommend! Thank you so much

Thanks to official vickidress, they blocked me from buying from vickidress.myshopify.com to prevent being scammed, I saw a lot of reviews and found the fake website, they have been shut down,  great!

I ordered my dress over a month ago and I haven’t had any updates, I’ve tried to email them multiple times and I haven’t had a reply. At the start they would email me back and helped me alot with my measurements and were really lovely, but now that I have ordered I haven’t heard back. I made sure it was the real website. I’m hoping it’s not a scam and I get my dress in time.

I order a dress and never got it. Customer service told me that it had been lost and that they would refund me. One month later I still do not have been refunded.

My girfriend bought her prom dress a month before prom, paid extra for fast shipping and it’s still not arrived after 2 months. absolutely ridiculous, do not order from here they have been difficult and unresponsive. it’s clearly a scam.

I ordered a product through the Vickidress app and received confirmation of shipment. However, for more than two weeks, there has been no way to track the parcel, and communication with the seller is completely impossible.

Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I have not received my order or a refund. This experience appears to be a scam, and I strongly suspect that the company may be involved in fraudulent practices.

I will be reporting this to the police and to my payment provider. I do not recommend ordering from this store.

I was scammed by vickidress.myshopify.com, they are a scammer, I re-ordered with the real vickidress, the bridesmaid dress is great, a little big at the hips but no problem, I made it in time for the wedding, God bless
