Fantastic
Firstly, the range of food, drink and home products is amazing, they have everything.
I orded mostly food items, some wine and grappa - the latter is very difficult to purchase in Ireland and typically starts at 50€ for cheapest.
The order was placed on the weekend and proceeded on Monday. One item I had ordered was unavailable and immediately a refund made.
The DHL tracking information was received the same day, and my order arrived on Thursday. Wow, super fast!
The packing is a work of art and science, beautiful. Nothing was damaged.
Often when ordering from mainland Europe to Ireland we get extra customs excise charges but not this.
Incredibly happy with everything purchased.
I've found my new favourite online shop. This was my first purchase, it won't be my last. Grazie mill!

When I googled where to buy Italian beers from ? I never expected to find Vico, from choosing beers from different regions of Italy and discovering lots of other Italian produce it was like a gift from the Gods.
I seamless process from choosing the beers up to the delivery yesterday has been great. I’ve been kept informed at every stage. Can’t thank you enough. I’ve already told family and friends about Vico so hopefully you guys generate more custom from them.
