There customer servis is the worst of any bookmaker. If one has any problem you get no place with there sloppy customer servis please go to the big boys like Ladbrokes they have a great customer servis.

It’s an experience that i never have experienced before to get scammed by the people that you trust with by placing money with them and not releasing that when your luck does strike they won’t pay you out and make many excuses not to give you ur money that you’ve won and they will call you a liar and constantly push you out of live chats and also they double take deposits on which they won’t refund I’m hoping all you BetVictor suffers will be open and honest and fight for your right

Honestly people avoid this site and app. I played for the first time. won like crazy. over and over the one night. they paid out fast and the second time I played and since has been nothing. all my games are maxed out- piggy bank- blazing bison xtreme- Buffalo xtreme. everything. for over a month and a half and today I try again and the F****rs took my deposit. I place a bet for an eNHL game to be over 2.5 points. Did you know an NHL game can end in a tie lol. I lost the bet because the game tied 1-1. No overtime no shootout. And let's point out the obvious, NHL DO NOT END IN TIES

canceled my account with these after getting a phone call from them asking me why i haven't used the account in a while they ring you trying to lure you back in is that even allowed I thought it was very strange that they ring you to ask you why your not gambling on their app and offer you a few spins to start gambling again red flag .

Please avoid using this site I was allowed to spend 4000 pound then my account was closed by them. I had 3 pending withdrawals one was my money when they closed the account. None of these have been returned to me. I’ve been on live chat and not helped and emailed a number of times which has been ignored. It’s theif

2 stars only because i won enough to be up 400+ before I closed my account. Won a good amount early but then after was eating deposits like a chocolate button while giving pretty much no returns and if I did ever hit a scatter it was always proper shit. Ended up doing 15 deposits and having just 1 withdrawal of just £20 and still i was £400 up but you know it was only going to keep eating money till they got their money back. Really really poor in the end wouldve give 1 star had I not been up cause played like shit for weeks in the end with zero randomness about it
