I recently ordered a beautiful dress from Victoria Vancouver for my grandmother, and I am extremely satisfied! The dress looks even more stunning in real life than in the photos, and the quality is excellent – lovely fabric and very well made.

The customer service also deserves a big compliment. I had a question about sizing and received a quick and friendly response. Delivery was fast as well, and everything was neatly packaged.

My grandmother absolutely loved it, so I would definitely order from here again. Highly recommended!

I ordered a nice sweater for my mother and she really liked it! I ordered it in multiple colors and she liked every single one!

Zero stars should be an option. Or negative stars.
Received a cheap pair of boots from China and no returns accepted. Promised a refund of 50% which was never received. This is a scam company. I’ve learned to read all reviews prior to ever ordering anything. Learned the hard way!

Terrible experience! They sent the wrong colour and wanted me to pay for the return for my refund. Quality is also very poor. After sending numerous emails they have ignored me. Total scam. Not a Mom and Daughter company in Toronto. DO NOT ORDER!

The item I ordered is crap. The fabric is something you’d find on a cheap sofa, not the colour shown nor the style. I’ve learned my lesson.

I don’t even want to give 1 star. Wish I had thought to read the reviews. Just lost $100. Shoes were the wrong size and the blouse sleeves were made for ape arms. Sent an email asking about returning the items and a refund. It’s been Crickets! No response.

The article took forever to arrive. The quality fair however the sizing was inaccurate so I was unable to use it. When I requested directions to return it, I initially got a response with two options. That’s the last I heard from them in spite of several tries. I do NOT advise purchasing from this company.

It is a massive scam I will post this on FB for everyone to see there products a trash nothing like their videos and the sizes are not true
It has taught me a lesson to check all companies that use flash videos to sell clothes jewelry etc
Most of them are spin off from Asian markets
Got burnt once by these scam artist but it will all come back on them you can count on this
I will keep putting warnings up messages up on FB instagram etc the truth behind these companies.

My order came from China. took along time to receive. The coat I ordered is not like the one advertised but a cheap thin version of it. I can’t bother returning it as I am sure I would never receive my money back. Do need t buy from this company.

Firstly, they advertise that they have five stars on trustpilot when in fact this is the first review to be written. Secondly, they have stolen all of their images from other websites. For example, their "luce midi dress" is copy and pasted from house of CB.

While a product did arrive, it was not the product advertised, rather a cheaper version that you could've bought off Shein for a fraction of the cost.

When I tried to initiate a return they said I would have to pay return costs (as per their policy, which I was already aware of). But they don't tell you that their only return point is all the way in Portugal. Very strange for a company who claims to be based in the lower mainland.

I will be initiating a claim with my credit card company as this is a fake brand and should be avoided at all costs.
