I recently purchased a handbag for my wife. It was close to Christmas and unfortunately the package was lost in the post (through no fault of Victoria Green). Jennifer at Victoria Green was excellent in dealing with the matter and sourced a replacement quickly. Extremely happy with the product and the customer service!
I bought a very pretty and seemly well made wash bag from Victoria Green less than 12 months ago. After using only 3 times the zip slider has come off at the end. I got in touch with the company and their response is to offer 15% discount on a future purchase. As I have never had a wash bag ‘break’ let alone an expensive one that I have used so little I would not contemplate buying from this company again.
