Pillow cases never arrived. Have contacated them three times. No response

Bought bamboo pillows from VHL bamboo pillow cases were new but the memory foam pillows were grubby as if they were left in a warehouse uncovered, I would not buy from Victoria Home Living again.

After writing to this company a couple of times they still haven't sent my duvet sets. They have taken my money through wowcher but no delivery. Stay away.

Would give 0 if I could never revived parcel and said it was delivered it wasn’t and I have no confirmation or anything wanting a full refund to go elsewhere

AVOID BEDDING CAUSED ALLERGIC SKIN REACTION!!! We ordered 3 duvet sets off this seller on Ebay and my whole family had allergic reactions to the material so we have stopped using the bedding. Contacted seller on Ebay and they deceived me into revising feedback by promising they would refund me in full. I've only been refunded for one set.

I ordered a responsive memory foam pillow through Wowcher in January 2025. Expected delivery 29th January 2025.

Ordered some hotel standard towels, a thin cloth not worthy of wiping your feet on arrived.
Spoke the customer service who were RUDE and ABRUPT and couldn’t respond with an ounce of manners.
Quick response times I’ll give it to them but awful customer relations.
Gave me 15% refund so not all lost- honestly couldn’t be arsed being spoken to like rubbish anymore so will cut my losses and shop elsewhere.

Do not touch this company.
Totally useless. Ordered towels through go groupie. No show no communication nothing from Victoria Home Living. To be fair Go Groupie issued a full refund.

Received a featherdown quilt from them which we we were told in the description was ' Luxurious Hotel Quality' it was in fact thin, prickly and very far from being luxurious. I contacted them to arrange a return but they were being so pedantic in their request for it to be sent 'unused' and in the original packaging so they could sell it on again...WHAT on earth would they want to resell a quilt that was tried out for. I've paid for the return and am now waiting for a full refund!

Two of the packages had arrived, but
the red one was missing, so I contacted the seller to inform them.
The seller refused to send me the item or a refund despite the delivery person's picture showing two packages and not three. Luckily the Amazon customer service staff believed me and reimbursed the money back to me.
Sorry to say I will never buy from this seller again.

Non existent customer service . Say goodbye to your money if they send you the wrong item , like they often do . Do some research or save yourself some time and shop elsewhere .

Wish I could give this company, a zero star made an order of Wowcher via this company ordered a mattress topper for £55 and they sent me a pillow, they are very sneaky They put the parcel through as 6 kg when it probably doesn’t even weigh 1 kg.

Wish i had read reviews before ordering from this company on Ebay. They sent wrong item ordered, apologised and they paid for returned post. Thats where the customer service stops! The package was tracked post, received week later due to postal strikes. Now ignoring my emails etc for my refund! Finally had to report to Ebay, been going on for 4 weeks! Horrendous customer service, they grab your money and not interested if they mess up! Avoid at all costs!

I ordered a duvet set via LivingSocial to this Company. The funds were taken by them from my bank account on 24th October. I have emailed them a number of times but have not received any correspondence or contact at all. I mailed Wowcher (as LivingSocial appears to be connected to them or an offshoot company) who have responded and sent emails to LivingSocial. Again, no communications from Victoria home living. This is disgusting and I am going to delete my account at a later date. I am on benefits and it would seem that I have been ripped off. I shall be contacting the Ombudsman within a week if I have still not heard from them.

Simple thing like refund status not updated. Sent 3 email to get this settled but still he does not read the email.
I now give up.....

Like so many other customers of VHL I've had the same bad experience.
70% bad reviews v 30% good reviews says it all.
Ordered a duvet set via Amazon. It arrived minus one pillowcase - impossible to get any reply from VHL either by email or telephone (and Amazon were of no help).
Finally asked my credit card company to retrieve my payment.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THiS COMPANY
Ordered from them via go groopie two pillows, they sent wrong product which was returned as specified by them, have still not received pillows, or any correspondence over two months now, nor have go groopie been any help either, trading standards are to be advised

Extremely unprofessional I bought 2x pillows from their ebay store only one turned up I contacted them and they said the second one would be with me within 2-3 days but never turned up contacted them again and got no reply at all this time so opened up a dispute with ebay the seller gave ebay the tracking number for the one that was delivered but luckily ebay done the rite thing and went in my favour as I'd contacted ebay myself and explained the situation. Don't bother ordering anything from this place they are unprofessional and unwilling to resolve any issues you may have AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
