THEY ARE SCAMMERS
THEY ARE SCAMMERS! Please save yourself the trouble and sanity and never order from them. If I could rate them less than 1 star, I would.
I placed my order back in October
I placed my order back in October. I still have received any notification that’s it has been shipped. Now the website has gone. Pretty sure I have been scammed
Wish I could give zero stars
Wish I could give zero stars. Dress was not as shown online (surprise) and then my return came back to me after 4 months. Have been waiting for my refund ever since. Advise everyone to not order there at all.
Nope
I thought this was a UK based company because of the name. It's based in China so shipping is long and returns are complicated and expensive. I've been waiting weeks for dresses I wanted to try for a friend's wedding and haven't received any email updates since I bought them. Feels like a massive waste of money. Would not recommend
I ordered an item from Victoria Tate…
I ordered an item from Victoria Tate and had to cancel because it wasn’t arriving on time. Since then, it has been over six weeks and I still haven’t received my refund. Every day there has been one excuse after another, but no actual payment back to me. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I strongly urge Victoria Tate to honor their commitment and pay me my money. Customers deserve timely refunds and transparent communication — unfortunately, I did not receive either.
terrible!!
terrible!!!
quality, cut, and most of all: the return policy is outrageous! don’t buy there, you will be disappointed!
If I could leave a zero I would
If I could leave a zero I would! Waited almost 4wks for delivery and when finally arrived the print was printed BACKWARDS! Been in a battle either way then for over 2wks now to get my money back despite them agreeing (upon photo evidence) that the item is faulty. They are now expecting me to pay to return it. Absolutely awful customer service & product.
Please avoid!
Awful sizing and quality, hide the fact returns are to China until you try to return. Have to pay customs and dresses never ‘arrive back’. £120 down, should have just brought one from Club L for that money!
I wish I had read the reviews avoid at all costs
I wish I had read the reviews. I bought the Chyan dress. In the picture it looks cotton and I wanted it baggy so I went up a sze to 16/18, I still couldn't get it on. The material is nylon and nothing like the picture. This is a rip off of a really nice dress that we are not receiving. It wasn't cheap so I am so angry with myself for not doing my research and looking here first
Scam trying to return a dress 👗 is…
Scam trying to return a dress 👗 is extortionate! Shipping costs to China and custom charges! Customer service is as bad! Avoid!!
Scam scam scam
Scam scam scam! The dress looked nothing like on the website, what arrived was a much cheaper looking version! Then when trying to return for a refund they make it as hard as possible probably hoping you’ll give up, my return is now currently stuck somewhere in china and they doing nothing to help!
I bought the Rhode dress that is…
i bought the Rhode dress that is advertised all over tik toc. Quality is not worth the price . 40 bucks max not the 110 (from memory ) i paid . The sizing is the biggest issue for me. I am a 34 inch back and got the M SIZE 12-14 per website which 100cm =39 inches per website expecting it to be on the loose size. Nope !!! the dress does not fit across my back. So disappointing the fact i have been waiting weeks for this parcel with my holidays in two days time . do not shop here and if you do and are not petite size up at least 2 dress sizes and be aware you are paying for china fast fashion at a boutique price . rip off
AVOID!!!
Dress nothing like picture. May aswell have ordered off shein. Quality of material is really really bad..do not order from here. No free returns so you basically waster all of your money and have to keep the dress.
They are thieves and a total Scam
They are thieves and a total Scam, I was a victim of their scam. They will take your money and not send you any item. They will frustrate you in getting a refund and you never eventually get the refund or any product. DO NOT PATRONIZE THEM.
The worst online item I have ever tried
The worst online item I have ever bought. The quality is rubbish, nothing to do with the online photos.
If you want a refund, they make make you pay the shipping service which is more that £30 .
Complete scam, also they hide the fact that they are in China!
The ‘50%’ off has been on the website…
The ‘50%’ off has been on the website for weeks it just restarts - i bought a dress and it was the same one i bought from tiktoks - service is shocking and the photos are taken from the babyboo website - i rebought the same dress form baby boo and it was stunning- DONT FALL FOR THIS !!
Adding to the 1 star reviews. Awful
Adding to the 1 star reviews, because i couldn't give it zero.
Cheap china dupes but not a cheap price tag.
I spent £180 on 4 dresses and they are all awful.
"easy returns" its says on their website. Rubbish.
Stupid email chain to get a return address in china, minimum of £38 postage to return at buyers cost. Company refused to reimburse for postage, even though they hide the fact they're in china.
Complete scam, avoid. Honestly better off shopping on Shien, at least you know you're getting cheap china crap.
A scam
A scam, they are not at all like in the picture and the quality is poor. Be careful and I do not recommend this site 👎🏼
Terrible experience – avoid at all costs!
I ordered a dress from Victoria Tate three months ago, and it was nothing like the photos. The quality was absolutely terrible — cheap material, clearly made in China, and definitely not worth the price. The price-quality ratio is completely off.
I returned the dress in April, which was a stressful and expensive process, as I had to ship it back to China at my own cost. The parcel has been stuck in Chinese customs since May 6th for unknown reasons.
I've contacted Victoria Tate multiple times asking for help, but all I get are automated responses. They take no responsibility and leave everything up to the customer. Their service is shockingly poor, and they show zero willingness to find a solution.
Now I'm out over €90, have no dress, and no refund. Absolutely awful experience. Never ordering from them again.
Very bad quality - scammers
Very bad quality ! You pay so much money and the product comes from china in. Very bad quality, when asked for a refund they said they can return it but I neee to send it to china with my cost ! £50 for a very bad dress you buy from SHEIN for £5. Please don’t buy from there it’s a scam !
