Do not use this dealership

Do not use this dealership! DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING! I inquried about a 2023 BMW X5. The VIN listed was in fact for the car I was interested in, but when they emailed me back it magically turned into a Dodge Journey but the photo and VIN were still for the BMW. When I brought that to their attention and asked for the out the door price, they never replied. They knew I was on to them and they went radio silent.

Was scammed out of my money getting a car from these guys. Bought a car under the impression I’d have warranty for 3 years with any bmw dealership come to find out that the base price of the vehicle went from 18500 to 22474 without any warranty….PLEASE avoid these guys at all costs! I had to find out from the warranty company themselves that I didn’t ever have a warranty to begin with!

WARNING! Do not go even near this scam!

WARNING! A big scammer ahead.
I already hired a consumer Attorney in Brooklyn, NY, taking Victory Mitsubishi down for several thousand dollar scamming!
I also opened two claims in Better Business Bureau (BBB) against Victory Mitsubishi and also Mitsubishi headquater!

What Victory Mitsubishi does is NOT selling cars, but to steal money!

BUYERS BEWARE!!

BUYERS BEWARE!!! I just visited Victory Mitsubishi and Pre-owned Super Center which is located on 4070 Boston Rd, Bronx, NY 10475, and it turned out to be a complete waste of my time. Before i get into it, i wanted to say the sales representative Mike was extremely nice and a total professional. Even though he was an awesome young man, he was very limited in being able to negotiate a fair deal on a vehicle i had an interest in. The vehicle of interest was a 2023 Mitsubishi Mirage with 607 miles vin# ML32AWHJ5PH001004 asking price was $13,995. Even though the carfax showed no reported accidents, the rear condition of the vehicle showed otherwise. Once i fully inspected the vehicle, i noticed signs of structural damage from what seemed to come from a rear-end collision. The bumper wasn't original but a replacement, and all interior rear panels were either cracked or torn out from its frame. As i continued looking over the vehicle, i also noticed both rear tire fender flares damaged and about to fall off. All that was discovered during my inspection was addressed to Mike. He was also present during this inspection. He too was surprised of its condition and told me maybe we could work something out, but he thinks the low price is do to all those issues. He then had me meet a sales manager and i told him that the vehicle of interest clearly was in an accident and if there was any other vehicle similar to the one i just inspected. He responded that maybe Mike can help me pick something out by checking their inventory via app or checking the other lots in the vicinity. We were unsuccessful but Mike insisted on having me speak to another manager who deals with finance and he stated that the online price wasn't including the $2500 down payment nor the $1500 processing fee which covered reconditioning, dmv fees etc. I was completely taken back by that and stated none of those fees he mentioned was on his website nor was it posted on their Facebook market post and offer up ad. The only fee i read was from their official site but that's if you're financing through them and i wasn't because it was a full cash purchase. Even though all the fees he mentioned wasn't on the site i know there are fees to be paid once an agreement is made but i was not paying top dollars for a vehicle that was clearly in an accident. I was extremely disappointed. This is clearly a case of false advertising, and their ads are written in a way to purposely mislead you. Even after reading this if you still want to give them your business make sure to not rely solely on the carfax because the vehicle could have been in an accident that wasn't reported just like the one i inspected. I have videos and pictures upon request. Happy shopping, elsewhere.
