On 07.01.2025. I ordered the following product from you: vidaXL Room divider, bamboo, white, 250x165 cm - 131.99lv.
Order number: 0035000265263
Since I was pregnant and was about to give birth at any moment, the divider arrived while I was already in the hospital. My mother accepted the order without opening it. I did not have the time and opportunity to test the product. Only yesterday I had the opportunity to unpack the goods and what was my surprise and bewilderment?.... I think you are a serious site, I have ordered from you before, but in this case, I was extremely disappointed with the purchase, which is not cheap at all. We needed this product for an office, to separate a small corner, i.e. the office will be visited by many people and there is no way to put this "thing" because it is rediculous. As you can see from the attached photos on email I sent to you, the product is defective, visibly of poor quality and does not look at all like the way it is presented in the photos on your site.
Since I think, or at least I thought until now, that you are a serious site, I did not check the product earlier and 14 days have passed since the purchase, but still, if you really care about your name, I think you should accept this "thing" back and refund me the money. If you do not want to refund me the amount, at least compensate me and replace this with another product from your site (which I hope will be of better quality).

I follow you on all social networks, I hope for a reaction from you, I would not like to leave a negative comment, but I can't close my eyes, because this is not right and correct and as a consumer I can't just ignore that I paid 131.99 leva for this product wich is unusable.

I"ll never buy that again. So much parts and so unclear manuals, bad printed pictures.... Thervor, the parts, components and fasteners are the lowest quality I have see any where.

Nice colours, easy to assemble, but big dissatisfaction with the swing. Not suited and ergonomic for my 1 year old daughter + not easy to fix the belts. In the reality she slips away while fixing the belts
