Delivery vs. quality
The delivery was a success. However, the construction of the item I bought was not consideted through, I think. First, there was no safe way for a cat to get down from the very upper floor. Second, one of the poles consisted of two parts with a bed in-between; the pole was so unstable, I totally remade the construction.
