I asked WP FIX IT for help resolving an issue for vida y exito. Then, after I posted my bad experience with them, they created a profile for our company (ZEWS WEB) and for our client (Vida y Exito, this profile) and not only that, they reached out our clients as well!!!
This is the mail a guy named Randal sent:

Seven months ago someone representing your company named Fabián A. Vargas purchased service from us. This individual was unable to provide what was needed to service the issue and then asked for a refund. He was sent the information to process their refund and this was completed. Now 7 months later this person is placing damaging reviews online about our company. Due to these actions we have done the same for the site at vidayexito.net.
We would like a positive resolve to this which would mean removal of his review of our company on Trustpilot and we will do the same.
Thank you for understanding and hopefully we can part ways in a friendly manor.

Thanks God I have years working with Vida y Exito and this won't affect us, instead is showing the ZERO MORAL AND ETHICS this company has. I highly recommend you stay AWAY FROM WP FIX IT.
Things can go wrong, that usual, but you CAN NOT act as a child with no ethics or moral whenever someone post their REAL EXPERIENCE.
Anyway, look for my review about WP FIX IT if you want to have more context.
At the end I mentioned that maybe my issue was something isolated, but this shows that this is a company I would never work with!!
