Video2Any turns a recording into the slides that were actually in it. Most tools in this category generate a deck: they watch your video and write a new presentation about it, which means the result contains things the speaker never showed. Video2Any does the opposite. It finds the moments where the screen changed and holds steady, captures those frames, and gives you back the real slides — in the order they appeared, with the timestamp each one came from. Everything runs in your browser, on your own machine. Your recording is decoded locally and never uploaded, which is also why speed depends on your laptop rather than a queue on someone else's server. You bring a file you already have, or record your screen in the app. What you can take away: PowerPoint, editable PowerPoint with a real text layer, PDF, a single self-contained HTML file, Word, Markdown, a contact sheet of every slide, the frames as images, or the audio track on its own. Subtitles are generated in the browser and can be exported as .srt.
