DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Buyer beware!!! If you sign up, you should know you are engaged in an ongoing subscription. If you no longer use the service they will not send you reminders asking if you wish to continue with your subscription eg like Godaddy, Microsoft etc etc. They just surprise you with a charge for hundreds of dollars and refuse to refund. What a total rip off. Avoid like the plague!!!

I am never ever going to use this app. Their AI coach proved disastrous for my channel. The damage is irreparable:o(. Anything AI is flawed, and when it is Work in Progress, why the heck are they charging customers and then giving hallucinating answers?

Been using Vid IQ for a few years now and I really find it useful, I used it to succeed with my client's chanels and now with my own!

The support staff at Vid IQ responded very quickly to my concern. When one of the support staff ended her shift, another immediately contacted me and continued to help me. The level of assistance was much better than I have experienced elsewhere.

Great tools, huge value. Signed up for coaching and though the advice is generic to start, it is very helpful.

A treasure trove of great applications, especially the title and thumbnail analysers.

My biggest frustration with VidIQ is that many of it's tools are not giving recommendations through the lens of my niche. Every niche is so different and telling me my TNs aren't good because they aren't flashy enough but my niche very specifically does NOT like flashy, is not helpful. I also wish they would offer an introductory (one time only) 3-month coaching option at the $99/mo. I don't feel like 1 month is enough time to know whether it's truly helping, especially when I typically only post once a week, but shelling out $1200 for the year is exorbitant if I decide three months in that it's not for me. I do really appreciate this new boost benefit of a once-a-month coaching experience though so perhaps that will give me enough to go on.

I was very happy with the immediate response to my query from Giang. He explained something I had overlooked so clearly and politely. His friendly tone helped a lot to reduce my embarrassment at missing the information I should have noticed. Thanks Giang!

The platform helps you grow not only on YouTube. It also teaches you the basics of how and what to do.
One of the benefits I loved was being able to have long video clips, which makes it much easier for other platforms where I work.

The cancel button is impossible to find. Even on the "plans" page, there is no option to cancel it. Very American of them.
The AI thumbnail generator is really bad. Like really, really bad. Doesnt understand any of the commands.
My channel is not in English, therefore the platform itself turned out to be useless for me. The only benefit was that when im on youtube, it shows some data from other channels.
