Too wide

I have received the shoes, in my size, but they’re so wide I can fit two of my feet in one shoe and are unusable. After communicating the issue with the brand they offered me another pair at 30% off?? How exactly will this solve my issue??
Also, I was under the impression that they’re an European brand, but they’re not.
