Terrible website with no facilities to get in contact…
Visa for me took the 3 days as promised but my wife's visa took 15 days after being rejected for no reason. The contact number on the website was never answered and no one came back to us even though we submitted multiple requests for information

No follow up. I had made an error & needed to get rectify to get to Vietnam asap.
