Deeply disappointed with Masdaq Estates – now rebranded as “Viewings” (viewings.properties).

We rented out our property through Masdaq Estates in Shell Corner, Blackheath, and the experience was a complete nightmare. The company failed to manage the tenancy as promised. They did not carry out the required inspections, and we later discovered that they had never even taken the tenant’s deposit — an extremely unprofessional and unacceptable oversight.

When we finally regained possession of our property, it was left in a shocking state. We spent more on repairs than we ever earned in rent, and also lost several months’ rent due to their negligence.

Masdaq Estates, who now appear to be operating under a new name (“Viewings” / viewings.properties), show a clear lack of professionalism, transparency, and accountability. Rebranding does not change the poor service we experienced. I would strongly advise landlords to avoid this agency under any name.
