I have a Helsinki speaker. I am very sad to have to throw it away after 6 years. I had to send it already once to repair just after 2 years. Now it's broken again but there's no way to reach them. They NEVER answer the mails. They don't care. Specially bad are the cables. I think I have bought more than 4 pieces in the last 6 years because they really don't last. But the worst is the client service. Just imagine how would this planet look if you have to throw away a speaker every 5/6 years. Shame of you VIFA.

Good quality speaker but after a few emails asking for support and months of waiting still no answer. The speaker software is completely stuck, can only play music with a wire. Happened from one day to the other... Very good built quality but with no further support from the maker the speaker value is a 3/10. I can get a better sounding system for 1800 dollars. What a shame. Don't recommend anyone to buy from them. Best of luck to anyone who already has...
