Worst check in process in my frequent…

Worst check in process in my frequent flyer life
Im 60 and i travel very often for work and leasure and i just went trough the most stressful and frustrating experience.
At the terminal 1, check in counter of skypriority of Ita airways the Viggo representative has been the most arrogant, unkind unprofessional person to handle my check in process.
He act as a police man having to deal with a criminal and used his power against me.
Not to mention his colleague seating next to him to whom i had to ask in several occasions to stop speaking Dutch as I couldn’t participate to the argument.
They kept speaking Dutch at Schiphol international airport ignoring me trough out the time i was there. The attitude of this young guy and behavior were unacceptable and he should have not seat behind the counter representing Ita airways check in being unable to handle and customise check in to the class of service and flying status i had.
He refused to hand out the boarding passes and hold the luggage tag of the already check in baggage in the attempt for me to miss the flight.
An unacceptable power game which proved that he should be removed from that position and contact with customers.

Steer clear of any service handled by Viggo

Steer clear of any service handled by Viggo. Had the unfortunates experience to be placed on a flight from Amsterdam to Marsa Alam flown by Transavia but handled by Viggo. They refused boarding because my mother only had on ID picture, though we have traveled in the same fashion multiple times with other companies before, and despite the fact that our tour operator disagreed with their decision. The agents were okay (only respecting orders), but the company policy and agreement with airline is detrimental to passengers and actually subject to potential legal pursuits. Please consider other airlines, even if the price is higher.

Ghosts

Flight from Bologna to Marrakech. Arrived in Marrakech the wonderful surprise: the carry-on baggage made to embark from the first company for lack of space in the overhead bins and that had to arrive at the destination, making a stopover: puff, disappeared into thin air. I readily undertake to go to the claim and found to open the PIR. They tell me that they would contact me in the following days but suggest to contact the airline that, in turn, suggests me to contact this company for baggage transfer. After a week, after several attempts to contact them by any means, completely ignored. It is unthinkable that a traveller should be treated in this way. Obviously losing a baggage with all your things inside, in another continent, and not receiving a minimum of support and assistance it’s not pleasant at all. And not having any news after a week I find it shameful. I hope this whole story mah have a happy ending.
