Be Aware of Communication Issues

We've worked with this company in the past - always having communication issues. This time was different - and not in a good way. Mrs. Jennier Sapp is completely unprofessional in her communications. She makes assumptions which later cause issues. She fails to take ownership for her communication failures and instead places blame on those around her. She then makes threats to "spread the word" with a one sided and curated message that only serves to replace reality with fiction.

I'd stay away from any company who allows this behavior from an employee.
