We had the most incredible evening hosted by Sophie - I could just listen to this lovely lady all night long. Her knowledge but more importantly the way she conveys it is so encapsulating, enchanting and thoroughly engaging!!! I would highly recommend Vignette Wines to all friends, colleagues and family (saying a lot as a few of them are in wines), for a beautiful evening with colleagues, special birthday parties or even the night before the wedding as a great Kickstarter to the festivities!!!
I can’t wait to have the opportunity to attend/host a Vignette Wines event!

Wow, what a unique and special experience! I had such a wonderful time at the Bacchalanian Wine Dinner....the wine and food pairings were out of this world, the little sensory touches were awesome and genuinely educational, but the best part was the electric atmosphere Sophie created, her enthusiasm for wine and behavioural psychology is infectious.

Truly a fantastic event, and a unique way to experience wine and food! The presentation of the menu was informative and entertaining without being overly technical, and the use of multisensory activities really helped engage everyone in both their food and wine and the people around them. I left with quite a few new friends, as well as better understanding of both an intriguing historical figure and how I experience wine.

What an amazing approach to learning about wine - unpretentious, thought-provoking and FUN! The best tasting event I've been to: Sophie has such a welcoming and inclusive vibe which is often lacking at more stuffy events. While wine was obviously at the heart of the event, we learnt about history, culture, and how your senses work together to impact your reactions and taste. And all accompanied by delicious food. I highly recommend for anyone who has even the slightest interest in wine.

Such a fun and informative evening. Sophie's passion for wine really comes through and is completely infectious! I loved all the little surprises throughout the night and how the topics got everyone talking (the grape stomping was a particular highlight). Great group of women and great wine! Sign me up for the next one!

What a night! Vignette Wine hosted a fantastic International Women's Day wine tasting event in a beautiful location, filled with interesting and delicious wines and food. The venue was beautifully set and the founder, Sophie, organised a wonderful presentation to introduce each wine and dish pairing with sensory and entertaining fun facts. Loved it and highly recommend!

The event was wonderful - exploring the psychological, physiological and neurological aspects of tasting wine. And Sophie the host was a true delight!
