An extremely negative impression!!! The consultant Willem assured us that there was no reason to worry and we would certainly get a mortgage. But as soon as we paid for his service, we were denied a mortgage without explanation. Willem did not seek other solutions. Although he promised that he would be with us to the end and we would not be left without a home. As a result, he just stopped responding to the e-mail.

We approached Viisi for advice on our mortgage for our first home and we are super glad we did!

Even before we became clients Mike gave us advice on the process and once we were ready to start the procedure, everything went super smooth.

The advice was very clear and complete and we felt we could take all the time we needed to ask questions. We could also always reach out to Mike when we wanted to follow up. This made the process of choosing a suitable mortgage very easy. Even given our short deadline, it was a zero-stress experience and we are super happy with the end result!

Using Visii led to having to use a large sum of my own money to get a mortgage done. Visii was unwilling to start the request for a mortgage with two banks at the same time. Even though I asked them to. They were more worried about their relationships with the banks than my interests. Even though I directly asked them. So a very bad and costly experience. They were nice guys in Amsterdam, but just not very sharp or smart in supporting me. They didn’t know exactly the process, didn’t listen to my needs or advises. In short, using Visii is more expensive and more stressful than just working directly with a bank on the Netherlands. Stay away is my advice.

We received an excellent service. Our advisor Jaap Zonjee took a lot of time to explain everything. When we asked questions by e-mail he always responded within 24 hours. Viisi uses an online platform to upload documents. If the documents do not meet the requirements of the bank / mortgage provider, Viisi will let you know right away. Therefore the process is very smooth. It only took us tree weeks to get a mortgage (from start to finish).

Lotte helped us very well with our mortgage. At Viisi they take extensive time to inform you and send a report with findings. You can go through this at your leisure.

Our mortgage was arranged in no time. I will definitely recommend Viisi in my immediate area.

After hypotheekshop made a big mess with our mortgage request, we had 2 weeks time to get it arranged it with Viisi. I can share that these guys are amazing, i have never seen such a professional advisors so far who makes this process so clear anr transparent for the client and our advisor Jaap made it all happen, thanks a million to made it happen to get our dream house.

Working with Viisi was a really excellent experience. They made a really big and frightening process super safe and seamless for us. They assessed our financial and life situation and advised on the best mortgage type, duration and provider for fit for our requirements.

The financial advisor we worked with for our mortgage was very professional: clear and transparent in her communication and always helpful. The only downside is that we wish they had told us before making an offer that a delayed move-in date could mean extra cost from the mortgage provider. Other than that, we were very happy with the options we were provided and the communication about them.

It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Viisi. The excellent service, detailed guidance and quick support we received from Robert Diemer and the Viisi team was really appreciated. Purchasing a home in a new country is a very big decision but we were so well supported during each step that it was made easy and the entire process was extremely efficient.
