It seems unacceptable to me to make a request for a trailer at 15:35 and to be told 1.5 hours and to call almost every 2 and a half hours for 7 hours to ask how long it will take and to be told that we are sorry and we will do our best, but it was just wordsnot even a call or a message with the estimated time . It was 10 o clock when you guys told me that you will be in my place to help within 2,5 hours.
I spend 7 hours in car instead of 2,5 in middle of copenhagen and after this your worker came and told me that no one inform him about this situation
