Absolutely Excellent Customer Service

Absolutely excellent customer service. I emailed Viking Optical to inform them that one of 3 small brass screws had become loose and the thread damaged in the rotating eyecup extension mechanism of my binoculars. I received a speedy reply stating they would speak to a technician, and they replied the next day to say they would post me 3 new screws for a nominal sum to include postage, and detailed instructions for replacing the screw and eyecup. I gave a lady at Viking Optical my bank details over the phone and the screws arrived 2 days later in the post. I can't speak highly enough of Viking Optical and my binoculars are like brand new.
