This website doesn't deliver as promised

The Website sells stuff originating from China at an ultra premium markup (multiple times the original price). But if they ensure quality is great, I wouldn't have complained. The quality is bad (not like the pictures on the website). That's only half the issue. The biggest gripe is with the shipping. Once you place the order, there is no response from customer service on the status of the item. The have major supply chain issues when connecting to their supplier to their customers.
