Eine wirklich absolut gute Pizza!

Ich bin ein absoluter Pizza-Liebhaber, suche und erkunde daher sehr gerne verschiedene Lokalitäten mit eben solchem Angebot, um nicht zu vergessen - mich immer wieder daran zu erinnern, was ich an einer guten Pizza stets aufs Neue zu schätzen lerne.
Es gibt feine Unterschiede zu entdecken und gelegentlich auch welche, die man nicht mehr missen möchte.

Villa della Farina habe ich nur per Zufall entdeckt, aber suche Sie nun in zeitnahnen Abständen immer wieder auf.

Der Teig trägt ein wunderbares Räucheraroma, dass den -Titel- "Holzofenpizza" tatsächlich verdient.
Die Tomatensosse ist dermassen aromatisch, dass selbst eine Pizza Focaccia/Pizzabrot zu einem wahren Erlebnis wird!

Ich komme immer wieder gerne zu euch, zumeist mit dem Fahrrad(Olching nach Germering) - was alleine deswegen schon ein Zeichen meiner Wertschätzung darlegt - wenn ich denn hier meine Meinung so offenkundig wichtig nehmen darf ;).
