We are so pleased with the gates installed as well as the service Village Gates have provided.

They made and installed replacement farm gates for those my father made 45 years ago. They have been so helpful and professional and my dad is hard to please so they did a fantastic job.

And all the guys installing were so polite and professional and were very patient with my elderly father.

I had a iroko hardwood gates fully fitted in late 2018 by Village Gates. Annoyingly after just four years one of the posts has already rotted away. Posts should last 15 years I am told and now I have to foot the bill to replace the post as Village Gates have told me they are only guaranteed for 12 months so hard luck. Not really the quality you’d expect and that is advertised by them. So, my advise to anybody buying from Village Gates is ask for the guarantee to be at least 5 years for product. Clearly the wood for the posts hadn’t been treated properly and also not bedded in enough cement. Even more expense on top of the very costly initial investment. Pretty damn poor to be honest.

I can’t praise this company highly enough. We bought two side gates from them and they were perfect. The fitting was friendly and professional and flexible to meet our needs. A few weeks later our gates got damaged by other contractors and Village Gates came out promptly and repaired them for us for a very reasonable price. They were absolutely fantastic. If you use this company I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

First class all round with both service and the quality of the product. There was a slight problem with the fitting due to an unforseen issue around a down pipe but your fitter/installation engineer was superb in how this was handled both quickly and effectively to ensure a 100% quality product. We knew from the very first meeting that this would be the case as the company give nothing else other than a 100% professionalism in its approach. So reassuring.

Excellent back gate to garden fitted very quickly and efficiently

I ordered some gates during lockdown, the service I received couldn’t be bettered, we had the survey on time, we told them exactly what we wanted, they came when expected and fitted the gates efficiently. The quality is unbeatable and security fantastic. I’m one very happy customer and would recommend to anyone.
