Really good service and highly recommend. Very supportive of my elderly mum and made her feel really comfortable while making her mobile again.

I have just finished 4 sessions of physio with Alexa on my back, the difference from session 1 to session 4 is incredible. I was previously in pain with my lower back constantly but after the first session I noticed such a difference and after the 4th I feel like a I have a brand new back! She was incredibly friendly and professional and made me feel comfortable and at ease the entire time. I’d highly recommend.

Animesh is kind and professional. In one one-on-one sessions, he has pushed me to achieve more and he has had me walking inside my home just with the aid of walking sticks - something I thought I would never do again.
He is patient and helpful and I can't recommend him highly enough.

He is a very kind and gentle man who helped me a lot with pain in my hands with arthritis. He is very soft spoken and a good listener and I would recommend him to anyone !

I haven’t been in the group very long. Our Physiotherapist is helping me work on stretching those muscles that I thought I’d forgotten!
The exercises are easy to follow and easy to remember at home.
He’s encouraging and makes the class fun.
