This company is part of a number of fraudulent websites that are promoting clothing that they do not have.

What they do, is you buy from one of their platforms, in this case, Villamora, and then when you get the item delivered, hey guess what?. ITS NOT THE ITEM YOU ORDERED and the quality of the item is rubbish.

On top of this, they refuse to give you a refund. What the woman says is, we are environmentally friendly, we do not want the item back, but we will give you a 30% refund.

I have in vain tried to get a refund, so what I have done instead is goto the Police and Trading Standards about them, and I will hunt them down personally and shut them and their pitiful businesses down.

1 star is generous, I would give them 0 stars. Company should be ashamed of selling tat, I bought a dress for a party for £29. Thank god it never arrived, looked like a very cheep pair of curtains, in fact i think curtains would have looked better. It’s going straight in the bin. Wasted my money, honestly looked nothing like in the picture. Don’t waist your money. I’ve learnt a hard lesson. Cheep material poorly made.

I was told my order will come within 5-7 days. My order is very late. I was suppose to wear the dress for my birthday and it didn’t arrive. I am absolutely appalled with this. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Came with no bottoms
Quality was not silky, more hard stain
Size runs very very small
And I order a size up form my normal
Side to have more room
And still they was tiny

Communication regarding the
Missing bottoms was
Good and they would sent the new
Bottoms.

But I told them about quality and size and they wasn’t interested told me return once bottoms come if I don’t want.

Which I have return ad they to small

I thought I was buying a beautiful blazer from a UK based company @ £39.99 reduced from £70.00

The package was shipped from China and I received an absolutely appalling thin quality garment made of thin blue apron material. I would not even pay 50 pence for let alone £39.99.

Unbelievable, I am now trying to negotiate a refund but appears they feel a 15% reduction in price will be acceptable.

Absolutely appalling and I thought I was purchasing from a legit UK company 😠

If I could give 0 I would.
Please avoid this company and do not part with your money.
They claim to offer full refunds but blank and block you once you try to return items.
