I paid $40 for a sample that took a long time to come and then it wasn't even the correct sample, then I wrote to customer service about receiving the wrong sample (that cost $40!) and I have not heard back from them to correct the issue.

It's been over a week and 2 of my three samples have still not been received. The separate Flooret sample was delivered 3 days after the order was placed.
Customer service told me "it's already been shipped" - tracking has not moved for days.

Low quality overpriced product that didn’t work for us. Initiated return and was informed that there was a 25% restocking fee and I would be responsible for initial and return shipping - which was also unreasonably expensive.

Yes we had a conversation over email regarding this - this particular vendor "WeenieWarmers" on our website does not offer returns since 2012 - they only offers "Exchange or Store credit" - if possible could you please connect with us and confirm so we can close this request.
