My mum bought what she thought was one pair of trainers from this website, but ended up getting two pairs (charged for both despite only adding one to her basket). She thought fine, if they’re good, she’d keep both. However, when they arrived, they were absolute rubbish — advertised as orthopaedic shoes, but the insole is totally flat and the material is useless considering shoes are supposed to last a while.
She’s tried to return them with zero response. Having read these reviews after buying them, she really regrets wasting £60 on a pile of crap.

Long story short, they’re terrible shoes and the company doesn’t respond to emails. Don’t bother.

Order some trainers but was disappointed with the quality. Their site provides 30 day returns however, I have emailed them now for nearly a month without a single reply which I think is disgusting. They were over £30.00 so alot of money for me a
pensioner to lose.
Why advertise refunds and dont even reply to the request.
My advise is dont deal with them

I have just wasted my money on a pair of shoes that look so cheap and tacky, I thought, when I received them. Having read the comments here, I think it's going to be more hassle to return them😡😡 My advice is not to be gullible like me and do not waste your money on these shoes.

I wish I'd read these reviews before I placed my order. I had lots of emails assuring me my order was on the way, but the order arrived after I'd left for my holiday, so I now need to return them. No response at all now ... I will continue to seek a refund, one way or another !!!

I purchased a pair of orthopedic shoes that arrived in a flimsy black bag, with no box or any protective packaging. Unsurprisingly, the shoes were damaged upon arrival! I reached out to customer service for a return label, but received no response until I mentioned involving my American Express insurance. After that, they finally sent a return label—but never issued the promised refund. I had to rely on my credit card insurance to recover my money. Terrible experience. Avoid this company if you value your time and money!

The sandals I purchased were as described but not sure about the orthopaedic aspect of it. I need to return it is it too small. I have sent two emails requesting the process for a refund and the return of the sandals with no response. You do not receive any documents with the delivery so have no idea where this company is based or how to make a complaint. I shall have to contact my bank to see whether they will refund my payment.

I ordered a pair of sandals and since then have heard nothing from them. I have emailed but as yet no response. How are they allowed to trade.

Bought 2 pairs of trainers in different sizes to compare. I now need to return 1 pair but despite emails requesting a returns label, I have heard nothing. I wish I'd seen the previous reviews before buying!!!
Steer clear!!!

Quality of footwear is shockingly bad. Do not buy from the company. They won’t reply to emails. I wouldn’t even give the shoes to a charity they are that bad and for what they charge is disgusting. They’re scammers through and through!!

I bought 4 pairs of orthopedic shoes from Vily Vital and none of them fit. I have emailed them for a link to return the shoes and for weeks now, it's radio silence. I am going to have to contact trading standards among others to get a refund. The package came from China which is a difficulty but fortunately for me one of the bags had a UK address so I am going to report this to the powers that be.
Please DO NOT do business with Vily Vital - they are scammers and their footwear are rubbish.
I believe they are giving themselves positive reviews.
I find it despicable that they use the pain of individuals to enrich themselves. They are scammers.
