Selling my property was such a smooth and genuinely enjoyable experience, all thanks to this fantastic family-run business. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and a really personal touch that made all the difference.

I’ll admit I might be a little biased as Megan is a long-time friend of mine, but even so, the level of service truly exceeded expectations. The whole team was organised and on top of every detail—every piece of paperwork was in place and everything was completed right on schedule, which made the process completely stress-free.

What really stood out was their energy and attitude. They were fun, upbeat, and clearly passionate about what they do, which made the whole experience feel far less daunting than it could have been. Impressively, they managed to find a buyer for my flat within just a few days!

A special mention also goes to Dani, who handled the legal side of things brilliantly. His knowledge and confidence in navigating all the legal aspects gave me complete peace of mind throughout.

After looking for an apartment in Tenerife with various Estate agents, we came across some viewings with vincere homes. Got to say from first viewing Heather made us so comfortable and enjoyed viewing property with her. Eventually we found apartment that we wanted and from the moment we put deposit down until the signing they were fantastic. THE Agency Vincere Homes is probably one of the best on the island. We tried times and again to find an estate agent who works not only for one of the parties, but works to match the requirements of the buyer with the house. Megan is very professional, keeps her word, there was always an open and quick line of communication during the working day. I cannot recommend Megan at Vincere Homes enough. When my dad died very suddenly in Tenerife and we were left with a property to sell, she handled everything with respect and much needed flexibility. It was not a straightforward sale, and emotions were high at times, however Megan was patient, compassionate, knowledgable and efficient. Megan found a buyer for the property incredibly quickly, and whilst the sale took a while (for reasons out with ours or Megan’s control), she handled everything, going over and above helping us overcome a number of additional hurdles that were not necessarily her responsibility. Honestly, if you’re looking for an excellent estate agent with very reasonable fees, look no further than Megan.
