The order became lost in the system.
The order became lost in the system and didn't get sent until I called a week later.
Operator was pleasant on the phone and the order arrived 2 days later, ie., 9-10 days after ordering.
2 bottles of a better than ordered wine were found inside, thankyou.

The order didn’t arrive when it should have
The order didn’t arrive. Courier tracking showed it was held due to damage. I emailed a screenshot to you and got no response. Contacted courier and they said they couldn’t do anything until they heard from you.
Only after that call did I finally hear from you and the replacement finally arrived a week after it should have.
