Our wine experience was excellent. Getting to the experience took a little longer than expected but the company went above and beyond to help us. I'd give 5 stars except for that little hiccup. There were no one line classes available as they were full BUT the company found a time for us and we got a private 2 hour zoom wine tasting session as they honored the voucher I had bought. I think buying the voucher from another site was what made this tricky.
The wine was excellent and the cheese pairings really fun as they brought out different flavors. I learned the order makes a difference-- wine first then cheese or vice versa. We had a really great experience learning about the wines and I'll buy the at home kits that pair wine and cheese so we can do a self guided tasting night in. Highly recommend.

I contacted vinesine as I wanted them to understand the issues i raised before writing this review. However they offered me a discount on another wine tasting experience and complete missed the point.
I have now reevaluated my first post as Vinesine have offered to put this right and I have accepted. It’s only fair to change my review.

Most definitely value for money in regards to knowledge! I got it through groupon, not sure how the cost varies through different sellers.
It’s definitely heavy on the knowledge, so this is for people serious about wanting to learn a little more about their wine.
The instructor was very welcoming and he most definitely poured more wine that I expected. It’s a great day out, just be patient and try not eat all the cheese and drink the wine straight away :)

I ordered the at home wine tasting kit as a gift for christmas. It got delivered on the 10.12.2025. When I opened it the expiry date was 14.12.2025. 4 DAYS!! On the website had no advertisement of how long expirys were! If I had ordered later there would be a chance It wouldnt have been delivered in time for Christmas. When I emailed I was basically told there is nothing they can do. I then replied and had no answer from that. I also chased up my reply and still no answer!! Ridiculous customer service!! Will NOT be ordering from these again and will continue to write bad reviews.

It was good & educational wine tasting.Good choice of wines.Though it was a little too wide explenation about each wine.Pairing with cheese should have been said begining of each wine.Plus no oportunity of top up wine as usually this oportunity available on other wine tastings with other companies.Spit bucket should have been provided.Not everyone prefers to consume wine.

I recently had the pleasure of attending a wine tasting session at Vinesine LAB with Eric, and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the experience felt personal, thoughtfully curated, and genuinely educational.

Eric's expertise and passion for wine shone through every pour. He guided us through an incredible selection spanning multiple countries – from the elegant Paul Mas Reserve Languedoc Blanc from France to the bold Finca Flichman Reserve Malbec from Argentina. Each wine told its own story, and Eric brought those stories to life with fascinating insights about the regions, grape varieties, and winemaking techniques.

What really impressed me was the attention to detail. After the tasting, they followed up with comprehensive tasting notes, an aroma wheel, and even a wine colour spectrum – perfect reference materials that show they're committed to our continued wine education beyond the session itself.

The lineup we explored was beautifully diverse: a crisp Italian Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico, an intriguing Greek Agiorgitiko (Mountain Fish!), a sophisticated Barbera d'Asti Superiore, and more. Each selection demonstrated real thought and expertise in creating a journey through different wine styles and terroirs.

Vinesine LAB isn't just offering wine tastings – they're creating memorable experiences that deepen your appreciation for wine. As a growing business, they clearly care about quality, education, and customer satisfaction. I'm already looking forward to my next visit and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to explore the world of wine in a welcoming, knowledgeable environment.

Poor value
The administration was excellent, the positive ended there we paid £74 through virgin for this experience we received 5 perfume bottles of wine, average quality, probably in total value to £15 of wine and 5 cheese bites, the tasting notes ( photocopies not keepsakes) were poor providing one short sentence on pairing… although it was supposed to be wine pairing in most cases there was no advice on which cheese to have with each wine, Raisins and two very small after eight eggs were included with no information of relevant …all in all extremely poor value, spend your money on a £30 bottle of wine and some, deli counter treats alongside a book on wine pairing

Our wine and cheese tasting session was excellent in every respect. Our limited availability meant it took a while to organise this, but the admin team was endlessly patient, helpful and friendly. We received our pack in good time with excellent instructions. The session itself was superb - our tutor/sommelier was engaging, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Thoroughly recommend this to everyone as a treat or as a gift.

Lovely wines, good selection of cheeses and Eric was a great and informative host. Exceeded my expectations.

Fabulous experience and they gave a real understanding around wines and how to drink them. Amazing wine and cheese too!
