Scammers - avoid at all costs

I am selling a car of Marketplace and got the same old sob story about needing a vehicle report from vininspect as it was the only one their Dad would trust...
They were very insistent and chased me several times to pay for a vininspect check (which I ignored).
Do not use as they are scammers!!

Absolute SCAM DO NOT PAY!!

Absolute SCAM! They don't give any of the info they say on the front page of the website.
Then when you ask why it doesn't give the info, they say you purchased a BASIC report, and to get details you have to pay another £19.99 for a PREMIUM report.
They're website doesn't say that there even is a basic AND a PREMIUM report.
It just goes straight to payment.

The only info they give is what is already free online, which is the MOT history.
They don't give info in the so called BASIC report about whether the vehicle was stolen, damaged, salvaged or anything.

I listed my car on Facebook Marketplace and a fake buyer asked me to buy a report from this particular company because they said they only trusted this one. They had some sad story about their father losing money when they'd bought a previous car.

I should have known better.
