Do NOT buy! I paid $55 for a dress online, and what I received, was not it at all. Not even close! It was cheap and hideous. They refused to help me and make things right! Never again! This website is a scam!

I ordered 3 outfits and received something completely wrong. The fabric is cheap and the measurements were wrong. The shipment came from a US address IL. and when they want me to ship back to them. They send me an address from China. Why would I just not return it from where it came from. This company is a scam. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Im eating mine because its not worth getting robbed again.

Ordered 4 beautiful dresses. What i received was nothing like what was pictured. The fabric is polyester cotton not linen. Colors were all wrong. Styles were totally different, not even close to what they say your buying.
Can only contact by email and they don't respond. This is a scam company.

Another Chinese scam. Took my money immediately, no product ever received, or even shipped for that matter. Three months later and four unanswered emails to the company and now am blocked from their website?!

If i could give a minus star i would.
I have placed 2 orders through this company.
After placing the 1st one i placed a 2nd as i was so excited based on the images on their site.
1st delivery - 1/2 the order was correct, the rest was honestly CRAP
2nd delivery - not a SINGLE item was right
I have tried contacting VINLADY on multple occassions and have received NO response. I have sent photos of the CRAP i received and the service support couldn't even be bothered to email me back.
DO NOT BUY or WASTE YOUR MONEY on this disgraceful buisness

They can improve buy closing down they are a waste of money and time its not vinlady it us bin lady crap stuff wrong stuff sham close them down now xxxx

I will be giving this the worst review there is. On 8/25 I paid $42-$11 for shipping-for a dress that I never received. Instead, I received a hideous tshirt with deer grazing in the snow! They never sent my dress and told me not to return the tshirt as it is too costly and a hassle to send it to China. OMG I never heard from them again! I just wrote again! Talk about a scam and stealing $$$ from people. I’m shocked! Do not buy from them!!!!

Do not order from this company, i order $81 of clothes and what i recieved in the mail was 4 pairs of shoes, i emailed them at the contact email and it comes back as undeliverable. I'm hoping that i have some recourse thru paypal for a refund.

It’s definitely a scam site. What was delivered was nothing like what I ordered. Return address for refund all in Chinese. The cost of returning for a refund is not worth it! They are criminals! DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE.
Rating of 1 star is overrated.

Please do not order from this company. I made the mistake and paying $217.83 for junk, with no resemblance to the pictures this company shows on their site. I learned the scam is, that you pay when the order is wrong; you are told you will receive a refund when you return the items. The cost to ship from the Midwest to China the least expensive is $277.00. If or when it does arrive; they can ignore the delivery request and it sits forever. You are entirely SOL.

Feels a little like Scammers!

They send cloths that have totally wrong sizing measurements (even though they show measurments with each item)... do they actually measure anything???
No easy way to feasibly return or get refunded 🙄 you pay for returns too!

Not an honorable company.

I ordered the largest size, not sent, i ordered a dress and i received a over dress coat which was in the picture but it was advertised as a dress clearly unless you want to go nude then this may be ok. China has a leading on line sales for every thing, They need better accountability, they need to clean there act up. maybe lesson here is do not buy anything with chines'e label.

I don't see how they stay in business. Everything is a lie. They advertise linen or cotton, and the clothes are polyester. I order a tank in M and L because I wanted one oversized and they are identical in size. I emailed and service is obviously trained to obfuscate and delay any adjustments. Don't order anything. They are crooks and should be shut down.

Vinlady sent the wrong merchandise and conveniently have no return address listed. Does anyone have it?

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a dress. They said it would be shipped within a week and then would arrive within two weeks after that. Ordered in May it is now July and nothing. When I reach out through the only way they have to contact them it says the email is not a real email. Beware, this company is a scam. Shame on me for not doing my research.

I ordered 6 things. Not one of them looked like the picture. How do you mess up a tee shirt? They were all satiny. Yuck. And the dresses? Don't get me started. Listed as cotton linen, the only thing cotton on those dresses was the tag.

I ordered three items and only one was what I ordered. The other two were NOTHING even close. Then they offered me $20 and to keep the two items. I would never wear what they sent. Terrible!!!!

They are fraudulent the clothes that are pictured are not what they send,the materials they use are not what is advertised I was so upset when I received them, the sizes are not the measurements they advertise ……. They give you no address to return them please do not order from them !!!!!!!! ….. I’ve got to except I’ve been scammed but want to try and stop anyone else having the same done to them

I wouldn’t give them any stars if I could.
Ordered 4 items and only 1 was right . The other 3 didn’t even come near to what I ordered.
PLEASE DONT order anything from them.
Quality is poor and doesn’t look anything like the photos on their website.
