Guys, THE BIGGEST SCAM EVER, they took $30 from my account, I had to go get my card changed the next day, they don’t even respond, my bank had to log a dispute and flag them as fraudulent, be careful guys before you do anything on a site, please read reviews like this

BEWARE!!! this Page is a complete scam they ask you to join to get your report for just only 1 USD, they steal your data and give you no report at all. Besides that they had attemptet to charge my card an aditional subscription fee of 29.99 USD without my consent.
These people should be hunted down and arrested for money and data theft.

This is false advertising. You say 100% free VIN reports.

Then you input your information and then you say 'Just $1 to get your report'

Then you go to pay and you see it's $1 then $30 every month. What the heck is this? How is this even allowed?

I also went to this scam. I am soon buying an used car and thought this might be good to check for only 1 dollar. But those scammers took 30 dollars.

DO NOT US THIS SERVICE!
They will charge you more and put a subscription on and the only way to cancel this is to cancel your card and order a new card.

Scamers - report is useless, impossible cancell subscription. Need to change credit card. Be AWARE of that company

TOTAL FRAUD TOTAL SCAM! Wacth out!!! . Displayed $1 and Charged $30 stealthly and the report they issued was completly empty. No way to opt out of subscription which means they will auto charge $30 for enternity and then they will waste your time with customer support ensuring a Refund which will only waste your time nothing else. My suggestion contact your Banks and report this website to relative department. Had to Block my card because of this humongous scam. Someone take this down before I take a Flamethrower to this Place !!!!!

Was asked to pay 1$ USD to get the car report and they have charged 46.24$ AUD without my consent. Customer care is a useless junk sitting there. Still i have not got my refund back. They have credited back 1$ and left the 46.24$ and sending emails to them is going no where.

Scam. They say tbey will charge $1 for the report and then charge you for whole month subscription without any mention before you sign up to pay 1 dollar. Speak to online chat they say they will refund the amount and cancel subscription. Cometh the next month charged again

Fraud. Got a confirmation on their chat that the subscription was cancelled. Now again a debit order goes off. Don’t ever use this site. They are a joke and take your money and give you rubbish. These people are scammers

This website claimed to offer a car VIN report for $1, but charged me $29 without consent. The report was empty and useless. When I contacted them, they promised a refund but never issued it. This is a scam and fraudulent activity to trick users. Be careful.

These are scammers.
They use a dark interface and instead of 1 usd they make a subscription for 30 usd.
The report they submitted is empty.
It seems they have no information.

I am writing this review to formally warn others about my negative experience with VIN Reports Pro. This company charged my credit card 30$ without my authorization and then failed to process a proper refund despite multiple requests.

After promising a refund within 7–10 business days, they stalled with excuses, unnecessary form requests, and inconsistent replies. It became clear that they had no intention of resolving the issue promptly or professionally.

Their customer service responses were dismissive and unhelpful, even framing the refund as a “complimentary gesture” for a charge that was unauthorized in the first place — a highly unethical practice.

I strongly advise anyone considering using this service to stay away. Always check reviews and exercise caution when dealing with companies like this.

I have since filed a chargeback with my bank and reported the incident to the appropriate consumer protection agencies.

Do not trust this service with your payment information.

I paid for a report from Vinreportspro but received an empty report with no useful information. I contacted them and was told I'd receive a full refund, but it's been over a 2 weeks and I still haven't received anything. Very disappointing experience – I was charged for nothing.
Also today after two weeks they tried to charge me again luckily the transaction was declined by my bank.
Avoid at all cost!

SCAM. They charge you for "membership" and if you don't cancel that they charge you for more.

its a big scam as everyone is mentioning. they deducted 30 Dollars 3 times from my card within a span of 30 days. after complaining many times no-one is interested to reply back and refunding the money.

This is a HUGE scam. I paid the $1 and now they are repeatedly trying to charge my credit card each month. The report itself was a huge disappointment. Do not ever trust or use them. They are trying to take advantage of people as they know the information is difficult to get.
