Scam, took money for a sweatshirt supposed to arrive before Christmas, customer service answered at first made hollow promises and nothing heard from 3rd contact onwards. Theft really.

I have to put a star so I can make a review. This store does not even deserve a one star. I read the other reviews and I had the same experience. My order did not come for a month so I contacted the customer service. They said they will deliver within 10 days. So I waited. On the 10th day (on top of the one month), I contacted them to ask where is my order, they did not respond anymore. PLEASE DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS STORE! They even said in their website that they want to give excellent customer service. NOT TRUE! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST OF ALL!!!

I ordered “60,000 stars Original Home Planetarium as a Christmas gift, but I received “Adult of Science craft kit” with damaged package and cheap made which was completely different thing I ordered.(Also it took about a month to shipped from China) I provided the pictures for the office to check what I received, and they told me to wait their response, but they never respond my message even it’s almost February.
This Vinshy.com is 100% internet SCAM otherwise they will keep in touch with me but they don’t. I’m very very regret that I purchased from them. Now I have to spend time to report to the IC3.

I ordered a product from this company for my 8 year old daughter for a Christmas gift. I ordered it on 12/19/2019, it just ARRIVED ON 1/24/2020. During the month of waiting I contacted the company several times, and every time I got barely a response and no apologies. Finally the packaged surfaced on the USPS tracker site and it finally came, BUT WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED!!! the packaged came beat up and broken and not even sure if the wrong product they sent even works! Dealing with this company was a joke and I’m not sure how they even exist. It was the ONE gift that I was super excited to open with my daughter and I never even got the chance. PLEASE PLEASE, if you believe in doing things the right way, customer service, and not being robbed, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING!!!

I ordered a pair of friends shoes from vinshy before Christmas. When I realized it had been really long I emailed support and got a response from Alice. She kept on saying the shoes were on the way and answering in a general quick way. I asked for a tracking number. She said there was a shipping error and if I can go to the post office to check. I told her I need a tracking number. No response. And I can tell by the way the responses are worded that whoever is responding is motfrom the USA. I finally responded asking if she would just cancel, and they always answer in a wierd way saying "we will be glad to check on that". When others say it is a SCAM believe them. It's a SCAM. The good review was probably them. So mad. Can't believe I fell for it! Do not but from them!

Place is a scam. Ordered shoes and they sent the wrong size. I asked to return them for the correct size and they wanted me to mail them overseas to Morocco. The shipping charges would have been more than double what I paid. Then they just ignored my emails. Do not buy from them.

I order about a month aga and have not received it. They keep emailing me saying it will be in but it isnt. The number on the website is not their number!! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!

I got my first ever sports bra from Vinshy as a gift from my brother. It was a simple pink one. Despite the fact that it was a bit pricy, I chose to buy from them because I believed that they sell quality items. I have been using it for three years now and it's still in great condition. Although it's not the only one I've been using, I'd still say it's of pretty good quality as it still looks and wears almost like it's brand new. It's definitely worth it. When I've a little extra on my savings, maybe I could go back and get myself another one with a fancier design. :-)
