Great quality products and service
I purchased 4 of the 11” vintage lights for a home bar. They arrived in perfect condition and they were super easy to setup. Very impressed with the quality of the product and they look amazing now they’re installed.
Definitely recommend and will use again, the ordering process and payment was very straightforward and everything arrived as described.

Great quality statement piece.
How excited can you get about a light switch? Very- it turns out. I had low expectations when I needed a six gang unit - something so large needs to look and feel good. But this piece of kit from Vintage Electrical is delightful. This is a beautiful faux vintage piece which fits perfectly into a warehouse . A utilitarian item elevated to be a stylish statement.
Great price. No foolish and off putting p&p costs and efficient service from Vintage Electrical.
Will I upgrade all my light switches based on this. Can’t say I won’t.

Don't expect any customer service
I ordered a few products 18 months ago for a building project. Unboxing it was discovered that a light socket was missing a piece and the ordered light bulbs were not included. I had many attempts to reach customer service for help. Had ZERO success. I just paid anther $89 to order the necessary replacement socket. The merch is pretty but the service is SHI***

Non existent customer service
Customer service appears to be non existent. I made 3 orders in June 2025. Have been attempting to get VAT invoice through email & phone calls for the past 8 months, but no reply from either forms of communication.

Beautiful brass clover etched side table…
I purchased The Brass Clover Etched side table recently. I was delighted with the speedy delivery. Upon opening the table the three legs fitted with ease and my table took pride of place in its new space. The etched clover table top is really interesting and has become a talking point with friends and family.

Terrible review through lack of contact …
So I am submitting another terrible review. My last review about my missing order was answered with the advice to contact the company directly with my order number. I have done this through the website form on the website, through the contact email and replying to my order confirmation. Still no response!!! I ordered my lights on 7th February, order number: 13006. I paid £419.98. I still have no lights. No delivery information, nothing except my order confirmation and the money taken from my account. I have had no option to post this as another bad review in order to illicit a response. You now have my order number so tracking it should be possible. Either my order is fulfilled or a full refund. I don't care which, the customer service here is completely unacceptable. If this gets me nowhere this company is definitely a scam.
