I bought a north face jacket whilst in France 6 weeks ago . Had no choice but to address it home to UK . As soon as returned - I tried it on . Way too big - was a tiny XL . I immediately and politely asked for a return-credit note . Was refused outright . So poor in today’s world . Several competitors from whom I bought gave me a refund . NOT IMPRESSED wont use again

Absolutely obsessed with my new afghan jacket 😍 wanted one for so long and this one was so affordable and just so beautiful! You’d think it’s new you would never know it’s second hand! Customer service was incredibly quick and helpful! Absolutely recommend them

Top notch , I had been on a 4 month search for a very specific leather jacket , I wanted the exact jacket my dad had in the 70’s and using the rotting remains of his old one I finally found it , not only did they have the right one I got a discount for first time customer and the price was very agreeable even without so that was a bonus , it arrived fast and in fully recyclable packaging (always a bonus) couldn’t be happier 10/10

The product was amazing, just as I had seen on the pictures, however it was just a little bit big for me, but I could still make it work. The only thing I do wish was shown was the velcros, which were very old, but apart from that everything was perfect.

I wanted a grey Patagonia fleece and followed a few on eBay but missed out when bidding against others. I then just Googled what I was looking for and came across one on Vintage Folk which was cheaper and in better condition than the ones I'd missed out on. So I decided to give them a go and am glad I did.
The transaction was quick and easy even for a first-time buyer. The fleece arrived quickly and is in perfect condition. I could also track when it was expected to arrive to make sure I didn't miss delivery.
So - 5 STARS from me.

Got my carhartt jacket I've always wanted. Buying overseas has never worked out for me when it comes to carhartt, ive always gotten a refund or gone months of no contact then getting a refund. Vintage Folk was great with communication, helping me get photos and new exactly how to help, and shipped internationally to me within a couple weeks, which is something that very rarely happens. Just want to say they are a great and reliable company, thank you! :))

Sent super quickly and the suede trench coat I bought is even better than expected! Packaged really well and the prices are really good. I have been searching for a trench like this and the prices people have put on similar items are stupid. It’s nice to know there is a company selling second hand items that are in good condition and the price point is affordable and not at Depop reseller prices. I will definitely be buying more and have more items I’m looking at buying already. Cannot recommend enough!
