I have invested in several asset classes before, this was my first time in Whisky. Robin Harrington was my point of contact throughout and made the whole process relaxed, easy and thoroughly enjoyable. I was invited to their offices where Rob even stayed late on a Friday afternoon before a bank holiday weekend to go through questions, tasting notes and what I am looking for in my investment with me. I will 100% be planning to invest again with VA and Rob in the near future. 10/10 would recommend.

Pleasurable experience throughout the process

I have been looking for sometime to invest in something like this and I finally made an enquiry with VA. I got a call from Rosie who has been dealing with my investment and from start to finish has talked me through everything that there is to know about investing in Whiskey. There was no pressure and I feel that they listened to what I needed and advised me the best course to take.

Rosie and the whole team have made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout the whole process and needless to say I will be making many more trades in years to come.

This has been my first experience of investing in whiskey and I had little or no knowledge of this type of investment. Olivia Frost has been the trader that has helped me in this process and has been extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional throughout. I would strongly suggest anyone who is interested in this type of investment, will be very well looked after by Olivia and the team.

We decided to dip a toe into the whisky world, as interest rates were so awful, almost three years ago and we haven't been disappointed. They are a lovely bunch and there's no hard sell. I've had the bug of getting a cask as an investment for a few years now, but never looked into it. I've started doing some homework and contacting companies like Vintage Acquisitions: I've had the luck of getting in touch with Ryan Jones, a man with a passion for what he does, good expertise and something many salesman lack, patience.
We went at my own pace. I've asked to be given time to think, review the information he sent over and I was not given non-requested lessons when I was taking time.
I've ended buying it first cask a little longer than a month ago. The attention to detail and to the customer did not stop once the sale was completed.
I will definitely will be investing more through Vintage Acquisition and through Ryan

He is also one of the few people that I talked to, during my initial research for a company to invest with in the whisky cask business, with no mistakes in any of the math involving the ROI and such. Or worse, using false bottle value to advertise a higher ROI.
I really enjoyed every step of this journey so far and hope to deal with Ryan and VA for years to come.

The first thing you notice about this company is how genuine they are. Everyone I have spoken to has been honest and never pushy to make a sale. They seem interested in me being successful rather than just making the sale. Their knowledge is way better than the other companies I have spoken to. It's also good that they have been in the business for a long time, much longer than anyone else. Highly recommended.

I did quite a lot of research in to which company I would trust my investment with. In what is becoming a very busy market I found my self saturated with cold calls and call centres chasing my potential investment in whisky.
It was therefore refreshing to deal with Ryan at Vintage Aquisitions. A 1 to 1 zoom call from VAs whisky room where the company model was explained and all my questions were answered clearly. I finished the call knowing that VA would get my investment. Ryan followed up 2 days later with 2 potential investments and once I chose I was guided through the buying process. The whole experience was great and I am confident that I have made the right decision. Ryan was knowledgeable, down to earth and professional. A great experience and am delighted with my decision.

Clarity of explanation; easy to follow instructions for using the portal; super engaged team; no pressure selling; contact as frequent (or infrequent) as you want post purchase; a thoroughly enjoyed, informative and stress free process. If only more businesses could be like Vintage Acquisitions, if you are interested in Whisky and cask investment, do not talk to anyone else. Everyone I have spoken with, emailed or met from VA have been fantastic but I must single out Mike Webb who has stuck with me and all my questions with great patience and good humour. He is a tremendous and trustworthy individual, a pleasure to deal with.

Being new to cask investment but a lover of whisky I highly recommend Vintage Acquisitions. I found Robin to be helpful, listen to my needs and wants to direct me on my chosen cask. I liked the personal touch finding out more about myself and my love for Whisky. I found the zoom meeting and portal tutorial most beneficial and to put a face to the name of whom I had dealt with. Time will tell with my investment however I find the whole process fascinating.
