From the outset the information and booklet made dealing with Vintage Cash Cow very simple. I didn't know what to expect. But when I received the value of what I had sent - I was bold-over!!!

Recently sent off a box to vintage cash cow, and was really impressed with how well informed i was kept throughout the whole process. Everything went really smoothly, and it was so much more convenient to just box everything up and send it off, than try to sell things individually. I was kept up to date throughout the whole process, and was happy with the offer they made. The payment was sent quickly to me by bank transfer, and im already recommending them to friends and family. This is an ideal service when clearing out a large amount of what seems to be worthless clutter (but apparently VCC dont see it as rubbish!)
I found the staff really helpful when I called to ask advice and check if certain things I'd found in the house were items thay might be interested in, and never felt silly even when I was ringing just for clarifications or simple questions.

Excellent service good communication fair offer

Packed several items carefully, in the original boxes.2 new watches, a Seiko and a Radley, jet earrings in silver, Blue John earrings in silver, 9ct gold and garnet bracelet, fully hall marked. Plus other stuff I hadnt worn in years. The valuation for the whole box was well below £50. The scrap value of the gold in worth a lot more than that insulting offer. The box was eventually returned, in a total mess. Expert valuers? Nope.
Dont touch this firm with a very long barge pole.
An incentive to write this?? As a warning to others.

Vintage cash cow were brilliant. They told me when they had received my jewellery and when they would give
an estimate. I was so pleased with their offer and would use them again.

I was dubious about using at first as I thought it can't be that good,but I put faith in the process and went ahead with it as it was going to save me alot of time trying to get it all valued and sold in different places. This stuff was sat in a box and never used or looked at for over 5 years...just kept as it was family stuff. I had a figure in mind and thought if I get that I will be happy...I got alot more than expected so I was very happy.
