Vintage Cash Cow Reviews 

Having contacted Vintage Cash Cow and had it confirmed that Commodore 64 items were accepted, I packed and sent a large quantity of items.
I have now received a message to say that "we are unable to make an offer". On phoning to query this, I am told that "we don't accept computers".
Not impressed.

It was a swift and efficient transaction very pleased will use again , have recommended to others

They advertise a fair price, they offered me £39 for box containing amongst other things 2 silver plated wine coolers I have since sold for over £50 each, other silver plated items, some solid silver coins with a value of over £100..... the other items have since been valued at over £150

They are just praying on the desparate

Totally disappointed with the figures offered. Yes it was quick but sent over £4k worth of watches sunglasses and jewellery to be offered £237. Actually quite offended with that offer. Will take time amd sell elsewhere.

My mother sent a number of pocket watches for appraisal. The price owed was shockingly low. We asked for the items to be returned. 8 pocket watches were missing and other items were damaged or returned in bits. We raised this on 31 July and have been chasing since. They make up excuses not to respond or claim they are checking CCTV and will get back to you with no actual response or remedy. Under no circumstances send them anything at all! If you do, be sure to photograph and document everything - and even if you do they won't do anything. Upsettingly disgraceful.

I have previously sent items to Vintage Cash Cow and had no problem hence decided to use them again.

Biggest mistake as I sent in a gold valuable ring, emerald and surrounded in diamonds. Also a beautiful real peril necklace both were family heirlooms. Included some other bits and pieces including more gold.

I received an offer of 15.00 and was stunned. I have called every day since and got absolutely no reassurance that my items would be returned just told to wait for the box to be returned? Disgraceful and disgusting.

I then researched and spotted the BBC programme in May 2026 and horrified at what I saw. If only I had known.

Please be aware there is a serious trustworthy issue with sending in your valuables especially if there are inportant. The money was going to my children as they did not want the jewellery.

I have to wait 30 days to see what turns up in the returned box if anything before again fighting my case with them.

I don’t normally write negative reviews but want to send out a warning.

Easy to send the goods. Kept informed of what was happening. Offered a good price and payment in my bank account within 2 day. Very efficient

Excellent experience and happy with the money offered. My only complaint is that when I applied for the postage kit it wasn’t made clear that it had a time limit which meant I had to rush my sorting out.

Photograph and video every item before sending, so you have proof of items condition.

Quick & easy way to sell those things that may have just been sitting there. Easy to send off, good communication & regular updates and a speedy offer . It’s completely up to you if you want to accept and you will have your items returned if you change your mind, highly recommend.

The transaction took longer than expected due to lots of customers request

From the day l ordered the parcel package label and instructions VCC send me regular updates and gave me confidence in the transaction. They offered me a fair price for my items and the money was in my bank v quickly. I will def use them again.

They are fair and its easy to send its more or less done for you you just have to take to post office or if you like they pick it up and you get your money straight away i reccomend anyone to use them .
